I have always been fascinated by observing life from different perspectives. My interest in social psychology, neuroscience, and human behavior, together with a natural curiosity about people, their experiences, and the ways they see the world, has nurtured a lifelong passion for listening, learning, reflecting, and turning everyday thoughts into words.

Many of my phrases and ideas arise spontaneously, whether during a conversation or simply while pausing to observe what we often take for granted. This way of seeing the world inspires my books: works that do not seek to offer absolute answers, but rather invite readers to question, discover, and contemplate life, and themselves, from different perspectives.
